Torrent de Pareis Gorge is a deep limestone canyon in Mallorca, Spain, famous for its dramatic 300-foot walls that narrow to almost touch at the bottom. Best visited in spring or autumn when temperatures range from 60°F to 75°F (15°C to 24°C), you can hike the 8-mile trail from Escorca to the sea, or try canyoning through rock pools and rappels.
